Remington Park and the Oklahoma Quarter Horse Racing Association recently announced the richest State Bred Futurity and Derby in the nation. With $750,000 in total added money, the new races were created to showcase the exceptional quality Quarter Horses bred and foaled in Oklahoma. Owners of Oklahoma Bred horses foaled in 2008 and 2009 are being given the unique opportunity to enroll their horses in one the nations richest racing programs for state bred horses. In 2011, what were formerly Grade 1 and 2 open races will re-emerge as the Remington Park Oklahoma Bred Futurity and Derby - the richest state-bred races in the nation.  MORE
